Broken down vehicle causes rush hour delays

A broken-down vehicle on the M606 is causing delays this morning.
One lane is closed and traffic is moving slowly because of the break-down on the M606 northbound between junction 2 (Merrydale Road) and junction 3 (Staygate Roundabout).
The delays are affecting traffic heading towards Bradford.
