An appeal has been lodged against the refusal of plans to build two micro wind turbines at Skythorns Farm, Cowling, near Keighley. Appellant Brian Wareing has appealed to the Planning Inspectorate after Craven District Council turned down his application for two 11kw turbines on 18m high monopoles. The appeal will be decided following written representations.
