Bradford Grammar School was transformed into the United Nations for an inter-school debating contest.

More than 90 students from schools across West Yorkshire took part in the Model United Nations competition.

The students represented 48 countries in the debate, which mirrored events at a real meeting of the UN General Assembly.

Each delegation had to examine a resolution, produce an amendment reflecting the views of their country and then make the argument for their amendment to be adopted.

Awards were then given out to high achievers.
