New plans to build a home next to Oxenhope’s Leeming Reservoir have been withdrawn.
The application was due to go before Keighley and Shipley Area Planning Panel this week, but planning officers said the owner of the land, Steve Taylor, had withdrawn the proposals the day before the meeting.
Mr Taylor had submitted plans for a new property on the site of a previous application for a modern ‘eco-home’ which was refused by Bradford planners.
The latest application had provoked opposition from dozens of local residents.
