A vintage fair being held in Saltaire this weekend promises to be the “coolest and cutest” in the area.

Tomorrow is the first Saltaire Antiques and Collectables Market of the year. Victoria Hall will host more than 20 stalls of goods, ranging from the quirky to the functional.

Organiser Caroline Brown, from Rose & Brown Vintage Home shop in the village, said: “Often it is the smallest things which give the most pleasure, buttons and trinkets, a seven-inch single from the 60s, a mini spy camera from World War II, but you can also go home with painted kitchen cabinets, old trunks, enamel signs, marble washstands, old chapel chairs.

“All of these things have sold here over the years and it’s a treat to know that they are finding new homes.”

The market runs from 9.30am until 4pm at the hall in Victoria Road.
