Friends invited to help save Bradford's last synagogue
8:00am Friday 8th March 2013 in News
New members are being invited to join Bradford Synagogue, which is battling to stay open.
People of any faith are welcome to become a friend of the city’s last remaining synagogue for £5 per month. The money will help to sustain the Grade II listed building in Bowland Street, Manningham.
Rudi Leavor, chairman of Bradford Synagogue, describes the building as a “jewel” for not only Jewish people, but for Bradford as a whole.
Applications should be sent to 7A Bowland Street, Bradford BD1 3BW.
