Double car blaze drama for Keighley firefighters

Fire crews were called to two car fires in Keighley.

A Vauxhall Vectra estate was left gutted after the boot caught fire – believed to be from an electrical fault – as it was driven along Glen Lee Lane.

Then firefighters were called to Hard Ings Road after a fault in a car’s head gasket set the engine ablaze.

Another motorist used an extinguisher to put it out before the fire crew arrived.
