Motorway disruption is expected at M62 and M606 junction
10:00am Thursday 7th March 2013 in News
Motorists are being warned to expect disruption at the Bradford exit from the M62.
The Highways Agency will be replacing the safety barrier on the exit slip road of the eastbound M62 at junction 26 Chain Bar next week.
Work will take place overnight between 8pm and 6am from Monday, March 11, to Monday, March 18.
During the work, the exit slip road will be closed on Monday, March 11 and Sunday, March 17, to install and remove temporary barriers, which will be in place during the work.
A lane-one closure will be in place on the slip road 24 hours a day, for the duration of the works.
During the closures, eastbound traffic will be diverted off the M62 via the M606 to Junction 3 (Staithgate), returning south to the M62 Junction 26 interchange.
