Woman hurt in car crash

A woman was freed from her car after a pile-up near Northowram yesterday.
Her Volkswagen Eos was in a crash with two other vehicles in Bradford Road at about 1pm.
Firefighters from Odsal managed to get the woman – believed to be in her 40s – out of the car and on to a spinal board.
A fire service spokesman said she was complaining of spinal pain and was taken to Bradford Royal Infirmary.
