Charity golfers have got their fundraising down to a tee!
Last year’s Golf Day at Ilkley Golf Club raised £5,200 for the Acorn charity - set up to raise money and provide support to people suffering from dementia and scleroderma, a disease which attacks the immune system in women.
Now organisers are hoping to improve on that performance with another Golf Day planned for Friday, September 6.
The Golf Day is one of many fundraising events the charity hosts throughout the year.
