A retrospective application for a dormer window at a home in Eccleshill, Bradford, has been lost on appeal.
Bradford Council planners refused the bid for 15 Hall Terrace, Cavendish Road, in August.
Subsequently a planning inspector determined that the dormer dominates the property and is of an “incongruous design”.
