The following planning applications have been lodged with Bradford Council: Silsden: non-material amendment to permission 10/04020/HOU (alterations and extensions to existing house including replacement conservatory and redevelopment of external storage building) to: amend elevation glazing pattern, external door location and roof glazing to conservatory, Swartha House Farm, Hawber Lane.

Steeton with Eastburn: construction of extension to rear of house, 1 South View. Steeton with Eastburn: non material amendment to permission 11/04012/FUL (single storey extension to south elevation to accommodate ancillary services associated with a 21 bed old people’s mental health unit) to: include 1, raise eaves and ridge to extension by 300mm approx; 2, relocate entrance doors; 3, lower entrance lobby roof; 4, remove one pair of rooflights from west elevation; 5, additional windows to east and west elevations; 6, addition of draught lobby to dining room, The Airedale Centre for Mental Health, Skipton Road.

Thackley: 1.5metre high gravel board and timber fence to western boundary adjacent to Frederick Close, 199 Windhill Old Road. Thackley: removal of existing mast and one equipment cabinet with installation of replacement mast and three equipment cabinets, Thackley AFC, Aisnbury Avenue. Tong: installation of silo, Symingtons Millerdale, Unit 2 Millersdale Close, Euroway Industrial Estate.

Tong: non-material amendment to permission 12/01074/FUL dated 02.07.2012 (demolition of medusa warehouse and provision of new build loading bay/load assembly area): 1, roof slope over 4A building rotated through 90 degrees; 2, parapet omitted over canopy roof, along grid line 27 and between grids C to L; 3, cladding specification adjusted to loading area wall, along grid line two and between grids C to L, specification changed from microrid to half round profile, Princes Soft Drinks, Swaledale House, West Yorkshire Industrial Estate, Toftshaw Lane.

Undercliffe: non-material amendment to reduce size of single-storey extension and revised window/door openings of planning approval 11/04836/HOU dated 23.12.2011: two storey side extension and single storey extension to rear, 27 Intake Road.

Wibsey: demolition of outbuildings and construction of nine dwellings, land at 1-3 Huddersfield Road. Wibsey: retrospective application for construction of single storey extension to rear, 8A Oakdale Avenue. Wilsden: construction of side and rear extension, 15 Badgergate Avenue. Wilsden: include a box dormer window to extend roof section overlooking Royd Street.

Windhill: demolition of four blocks of flats, Beck House, Allison Lane, Cheviot House, Allison Lane, Beamish House, Burley Street, Maxborough House, Burley Street. Wyke: construction of one detached house and one pair of semi-detached houses as an addition and alteration to previous permission 12/03026/FUL and including enlargement of gardens to plots 1 and 2, land adjacent to the Wyke Christian Fellowship Centre, Westfield Lane.

Addingham: replacement of existing conservatory with traditionally built garden room, 8 Hawthorn Close. Baildon: construction of detached dwelling, land north west of 1 to 3 Lovatt Fold.
