Advice on Vitamin D at workshop

A health event championing Vitamin D is taking place in Lower Grange tomorrow.
The workshop will look at why people need the vitamin, how they can make sure they are getting enough and what the symptoms of deficiency are.
The event is from 12.30pm to 2.30pm at Lower Grange Community Centre, Chaffinch Road. For details, phone (01274) 880328.
