‘Leave a bit more time for Skipton diversion’

Motorists wanting to use a town’s car park are being advised to allow extra time to avoid missed or late appointments.
Yorkshire Water, which is carrying out a five month £1 million flood alleviation project, has now put diversions in place around Skipton’s Coach Street car park.
During the restrictions, there will be no entry for vehicles on to Coach Street from Gargrave Road. All vehicles requiring access to Coach Street car park and to Spindle Mill will be diverted along the High Street to use the Coach Street junction with Swadford Street.
