A project aimed at getting people to talk about their memory problems has started.
Memory Lane is a reminiscence project organised by Bradford Disability Advice to provide a social environment for people diagnosed with a memory problem to meet. Based at Little House in Market Street, Bingley, the project is for people who have been diagnosed in the past two years.
Linda Cleveland, who is helping to run the project, said: “People sometimes find there is a stigma talking about this, but what we’re offering is a chance to make friends and talk about things in a pleasant environment.”
