This is the UK premiere of L Don Swartz’s Night Of Dark Intent, presented by Bingley Little Theatre.
The curtains open to reveal an atmospheric set transporting us back to an old mansion in 1970s America, the scene of the grisly murder of a father and mother.
Enter a group of characters drawn together to find out what really happened.
Time is of the essence – the house holds the answers but is due to be razed in 24 hours.
From the outset we are drawn into a web of intrigue as questions and events unfold in this entertaining thriller. Some wavering accents and scene changes interrupted tension and continuity slightly.
But performances by Becky Kordowicz, Gilly Rogers and the debut of Martha Wilson complemented a strong team that worked well together Who is the real murderer? Go and see.
