Homeless urged to call Bradford outreach team

Rough sleepers are being urged to contact DISC’s Street Reach team in Bradford for help. DISC’s Street Reach team work in partnership with Bradford Council’s Supporting People Team and the Enhanced Options Trailblazer Team to provide a street outreach service that will help to reduce and address the needs of rough sleepers living in Bradford. Anyone aged over 16, living in Bradford, sleeping rough, sofa surfing and/or who have no permanent home should call Street Reach on (01274) 223277.
