Bradford’s Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG) have invested £150,000 to support the Warm Homes Health Partnership work which aims to help vulnerable people keep warm.
The CCGs are made up of GP practices which are working to take over some of the responsibilities of primary care trusts.
The cash means that people will be given cold weather information and advice, with practical support.
The work is also funding the First Contact scheme which signposts people to information, advice and services to help them.
