A woman has lost more than six stone because she was determined to live long enough to see her grandson grow up.
Liz Yaxley, 53, of Long Lee, Keighley, shed the pounds over 16 months, and is delighted to have reached her target weight of 10 stone six. She had previously weighed 16 stone seven.
Liz said the weight loss changed her appearance so drastically that her own son and daughter in law did not recognise her!
