Linda set to make a splash in lingerie

Reaching the final of TV’s Splash! has led Bradford-born Linda Barker to be signing up as ambassador for a lingerie brand.
The 51-year-old TV presenter and interior designer, who grew up in Shelf, has been signed up by Playtex for an upcoming campaign.
The company said she had been overwhelmed with compliments and public support since appearing on the Saturday night diving show and had established herself as a true 50-plus role model.
Marica Carleschi, its marketing manager, said: “When we chose Linda, we knew she was the perfect fit for the Playtex brand, as someone in her 50s who truly embodies looking and feeling fabulous.”
