A rebranded cat welfare charity based in Cross Roads celebrated its 21 birthday on Friday.
Yorkshire Cat Rescue, formerly known as Haworth Cat Rescue, was founded by Sara Atkinson in 1992. The group opened a shop in Cavendish Street late last year.
Ms Atkinson said: “None of this could have been done without the support of the community. Our success has come from everyone who has made a donation, volunteered some of their time, or re-homed a cat.”
