A talk about an American Indian medicine man from Yorkshire takes place in Keighley next week.
The presentation about Sequah, who lived in Silsden, will be delivered by Dr Christine Alvin.
The event is being organised by Keighley Local History Society, and will be staged at 7.30pm on Wednesday, February 13, on the upstairs floor of Keighley Library.
History society spokesman Sarah Wood-Ripley said: “Last month we had a talk by Alan Parry on the work on the old police station, now the civic centre, which was very informative.”
