Keighley: construction of adjoining granny flat to rear of property, 32 Oak Bank, Broadway. Keighley: construction of a conservatory to the front elevation, 4 Hamworth Drive, Oakworth. Keighley: installation of a single micro scale wind turbine, Grange Farm House, Black Moor Road, Oxenhope. Keighley: two- storey rear extension, 24 Maple Avenue, Oakworth. Keighley: change of use of ground-floor area from restaurant to guest house, Weavers Restaurant, 13-17 West Lane, Haworth. Keighley: construction of conservatory to rear, 7 Moor Way, Oakworth. Little Horton: change of use from car park to retail car sales, land at junction of Bowling Old Lane/Parkside Road. Little Horton: construction of single- storey side extension, 175 Parkside Road.

Manningham: non-material amendment to include enlargement of front lounge window to the approved side extension of planning permission. Construction of two-storey side extension and part two-storey rear and part single- storey rear extension, 124 White Abbey Road. Manningham: single-storey extension and basement to rear of property, 1 Newport Place.

Queensbury: porch to front elevation and conversion of garage to habitable room, 8 Cropredy Close. Queensbury: demolition of existing conservatory and construction of single storey extension to rear, 34 Moor Close Road. Queensbury; resubmission of planning permission. First floor side extension but with the addition of white painted timber windows and French door to the south west Yews Green, Cockin Lane.
