Plans to build 46 homes on a brown-field site off Bolton Road in Bradford have been approved.
The scheme, on 1.1 hectares of land to the north of 863 Bolton Road, includes a mix of 14 semi-detached blocks and five terraced blocks.
Houses have been designed to meet the code for sustainable homes, level three.
Architect Brewster Bye submitted the application on behalf of Home Housing.
The homes have been situated to take advantage of the rural views beyond and the architectural style of the buildings reflects traditional gables and pitched roofs.
