Haworth restaurant Weavers to shut after 35 years

A family-run restaurant and bar is to close after 35 years in Haworth.
Weavers, in West Lane, will open for the final time on Saturday, February 16.
It has been run by husband and wife team Colin and Jane Rushworth and their daughters, Sally and Lucy. Colin, 68, said the restaurant was closing because he and Jane are due to retire.
“We opened Weavers’ from scratch in 1978,” he said. “Business has been good as we’ve had a very loyal customer base.”
