Bathroom destroyed in Queensbury fire

A bathroom was destroyed by fire after clothes were left on an electrical cable.

The blaze, at a house on Wellington Street, Queensbury, started at about 9.30am yesterday.

The 63-year-old man who lives at the end-terraced property was on his way out when a neighbour spotted smoke coming from the bathroom window.
