Two Bradford men have been charged with robbery and blackmail in connection with a raid at a family’s house in Emm Lane, Heaton, earlier this month.

The men, aged 27 and 21, were arrested on Tuesday night and were appearing at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates’ Court today.

Meanwhile, a further two men were arrested last night at 7.30pm in Bishop Street in connection with the Emm Lane robbery and were being held in police custody.

A police spokesman said officers were continuing to appeal for witnesses or information in connection with the incident. People should call Crimestoppers in confidence on 0800 555 111 or the non-emergency number 101.
