Fire crews at the scene said the building is now in danger of collapse, but would probably collapse inwards.

Flames have largely now been extinguished, but smoke continues to pour from the building, and firemen will be at the scene for several hours pouring water on the building and damping down.

No surrounding or nearby buildings are thought to be affected by the blaze which started sometime around 8pm.
