Charity offers Blackpool getaway
5:25pm Sunday 9th December 2012 in News By Telegraph & Argus
A charity is searching for Bradford people to take advantage of a free holiday to Blackpool next year.
Every year the Bradford-based Fred Towler Trust sends people on a free jolly to the popular seaside resort – and it has another lined up for June 2013.
The package includes five days in a Blackpool hotel from June 9 and coach travel from Bradford.
The chosen hotel is a five-minute walk from the beach and the famous Blackpool Tower.
The holiday is open to people who are aged over 60, living on low income and who have not had a holiday for at least three years.
To apply, collect and return an application form at Age Concern Bradford, 32 Kirkgate, Bradford, BD1 1QN.
