Man jailed for attack in dispute

A 28-year-old man has been jailed for ten months for kicking a man on the ground after a confrontation in a pub.
Rafal Sadowski, of Woodroyd Terrace, West Bowling, Bradford, pleaded guilty at Bradford Crown Court to assault occasioning actual bodily harm and production of 32 cannabis plants.
Sadowski was last year fined £145 by Bradford and Keighley magistrates for possession of a pepper spray.
Judge Robert Bartfield told him today that prison sentences would be dealt out to those who kicked people when they were on the ground.
