Aching Bulls star Ben Jeffries will not contemplate missing out on another Leeds face-off.
The Aussie stand-off returned to the fray against Castleford on Sunday, having frustratingly been sidelined by a hamstring injury for Bradford's previous two fixtures - including Millennium Magic.
And he did not hang around in making up for lost time, immediately firing by scoring one try, creating two others and posing plenty of problems with his clever handling in a 46-24 success at The Jungle.
Jeffries bounced back double quick from his lay-off and is now ignoring some painful after-effects to eye up the prospect of pitting his skills against the table-topping Rhinos this Friday night.
He said: "I really enjoyed it out there against Cas. It's been hard over the last couple of weeks trying to get myself fit and I'm not going to lie, the hammy was really sore after the match.
"It's taken a couple of days to ease down again but playing with injuries this time of year is part and parcel of the game. Everyone's carrying knocks and I was just glad to be featuring again.
"It's Leeds again now and I don't want to miss that, having sat out the one in Cardiff. They've got two up on us this year but this time they're coming to Bradford and hopefully we'll give our fans a bit of a show."
The Bulls definitely missed Jeffries' spark when they crashed at the Millennium Stadium, having already gone down 44-2 at Headingley Carnegie.
But the former Wakefield ace linked well with Paul Deacon at the weekend, their promising half-back combination continuing where it had left off before Jeffries went lame against Wigan.
They teamed up to taste plenty of success - especially with some flat passing down the middle that had surging runners exploiting gaps galore.
The duo will look for more of the same against the Super League champions when they collide for the third time this season at Grattan Stadium.
"We've been working hard on our push recently and our short passing game," revealed Jeffries, who has now collected six tries in 12 games.
"It's something we need to improve on and the signs were there against Cas. It was tough early on though. They sort of grow an extra leg at The Jungle and the crowd really get behind them.
"Cas got in front but we composed ourselves and then started working to the gameplan we should have been doing from the off. We eventually ran away with it and now all sights are on Leeds."

I am at a loss to know what we should do with Halley. He's such a good player but I think Platt is a better F/B at least defensively and Evans will be better against Donald, again defensively. I don't see Macca playing Halley against either Leeds or Hull but it wouldn't worry me either, if he did. Oh and according to LJ we can't play him on the bench as that has to be 2 props a backrow and a hooker!!

Everyone knows what Hape can do with ball in hand and this year he hasn't been getting the service (mainly from Nero). If they bring him off the bench as a replacement for Solomona & use Finnigan on a rotation with Langley then it keeps the backrow fresh, speeds it up and gets the ball in Hape's hand more. I'd like to see Kevin Sinfield try and stop Hape...he'd have no chance!
I like Adrians. Hape as a forward worked for NZ why not Bulls? Drop Harris and Topou if Vagana aint fit. But ONLY as a prop. I really beleive that Tupou is gonna be a fine prop. Power, size and speed. And he also has that bit of agression.

Well we're about to find out and somehow I don't think they will. Halley has made some splendid tackles but there have been doubts about his overall positional play at F/B. He does excell at bringing the ball out though.
we saw how well halley did against leeds last time and was the best player from the bulls. and as for better defensively, would platt have taken feka down in such a manner halley did? i dont htink so. i feel halley should be starting either on the wing or fb. he would do a job vs donald as it is speed for speed.hape needs to play, i know he hasnt been his normal superstar self but maybe he can still do things to turn games. i would play halley evans sykes hape tad jeffires deacon burgess newton lynch solomona morrison langley godwin vagana finnigan platt
