Detectives have started a manhunt for a motorist who abducted a teenage girl and subjected her to a sex attack.
The 14-year-old girl was snatched from Crossley Lane in Mirfield, by a man driving a blue people carrier.
She was taken to Hartshead Lane, Hartshead, near Brighouse, where she was dragged from the vehicle and subjected to a serious sex attack.
It is believed the attacker may have been disturbed by two people who were in the field beside Hartshead Lane.
The attacker is described as white, aged between 40 and 50, slim, with grey/blond short hair which appeared patchy. He had a pig-shaped nose and big lips.
He was believed to wearing a cap, a jacket and either blue or black tracksuit bottoms.
The man was wearing a balaclava type face covering when the attack took place and was seen to drive the vehicle wearing this mask.
He may have also walked with a limp or walked a peculiar way and spoke with a local accent.
The girl was taken to hospital following the attack on Sunday night but was not injured, West Yorkshire Police said.
