Performing arts students at Bingley Grammar School have turned to British film Brassed Off for their next production, and have enlisted Drighlington Brass Band to provide the music.
The play, about a miners’ band struggling against pit closures, runs at the school’s theatre hall on Thursday and Friday, February 9 and 10. For tickets and information, call 07763 140611, or e-mail cpa@bingleygrammar.org.
