Comedian and commentator Mark Thomas wants your help to compile a manifesto for him to campaign with.
“All I want is an idea that you think will improve our lives. It can be silly, serious, economic, plagiarised, original, bold, simple, obvious, complex or morbid,” he says on his website.
By going on to markthomasinfo.com you can download a form, write your idea, and hand it in to the box office at Harrogate Theatre on July 13, where he’ll be performing his latest touring show, It’s the Stupid Economy.
This has been described as a cross between Jim’ll Fix It for anarchists and a white collar Crimewatch.
He has previously campaigned for Margaret Thatcher to pay for her own funeral and for MPs expenses to be made public.
Mark, who won last year’s Sony Radio Comedy award, will be doing 50 shows over 14 weeks.
The show at Harrogate Theatre on July 13, starts at 7.30pm. The box office number is (01423) 562116.
