Young folk star Ewan McLennan kicks off new event at Korks in Otley

Otley makes way for the start of a new music collective starting this weekend.

Ewan McLennan is the first guest up at the debut night at Korks in on Sunday along with other special guests Dan Wilde and Dave Pilla.

Ewan McLennan has a fast and furious reputation, picking up pace as a young, up-and-coming folk artist who has been making headlines over the past year performing at festivals, clubs and concert halls across the UK and beyond, recently being nominated for both the BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards and Scots Trad Awards.

Songsmith Dan Wilde’s appearance comes before he gigs at Cambridge Folk Festival and Beverley Folk Festival while Dave Pilla is dubbed “an acoustic hero”.
