DO you fancy singing in Bradford festival Choral Society? No previous experience is necessary, but if you think you would enjoy the buzz of singing with 100 people then just turn up at St Peter’s Church, Moorhead Lane. Saltaire at 7.30pm on Wednesday January 14.

Bradford Festival Choral Society will be having an open rehearsal as it starts preparing for its new season. If anyone wants to let the choir know they are coming they can email the choir at bradfordfestivalchoralsociety@gmail.com

The choir prides itself on investing in its members, with positive and inspiring rehearsals, expert vocal coaches and a determination to reach high standards whilst having lots of fun.

Topping the bill for the spring will be two performances of Beethoven’s Choral Symphony, one of the most exciting singing opportunities any choir can take on. It will also be performing with Howard Goodall composer of favourites like the themes from Black Adder and the Vicar of Dibley.

Musical Director Tom Leech said: “Many will be familiar with Ode to Joy which is the finale of the Choral Symphony. I really hope that anyone who has wondered about whether they would like to join a choir will come and give us a try.”
