An acclaimed international opera singer will perform in Otley this spring.

Bass baritone Jonathan Veira is coming to All Saints Parish Church on Saturday, May 18, as part of his Larger Than Life tour.

The show will see the singer branching off from serious operato also incorporate Gospel songs and hits by the likes of Billy Joel.

He said: “I’m energised by doing these shows because of the closeness and interaction with the audience.

“It’s wonderful to be able to incorporate the wide variety of music that I love to perform, from Verdi and Mozart to Billy Joel, Elton John and even some country and western songs.”
