Planet Circus is coming to Peel Park from Wednesday to Sunday with a spectacular new show featuring amazing acts in a fun show for all the family, and with clown Chico Rico in charge of the laughter, this is a family experience not to be missed.
Saltaire Beer Festival at Saltaire Brewery & Visitor Centre on Friday and Saturday is a celebration of real ale and craft brewing offering 40 beers from around the country, all served from hand pumps from chilled cellars. If you get peckish there’s a hog roast, home-made pies and peas, a barbecue and curry.
The first Bingley Beer and Cider Festival runs from Friday to Sunday with a large marquee in Town Square, a stage for music and dance, a market, hog roast and classic car displays.
The Heritage Open Day Event at Bradford Industrial Museum on Friday and Saturday offers the chance to take a guided tour round the newly-refurbished back-to-back cottages. Step back in time and see how people lived in 1875, 1942 and 1975, experience what is was like to have your hair cut in the 1960s in the new Moorside Hair Salon, and scrub some shirt collars in the Victorian wash room. There will also be home-themed family activities throughout both days.
