Folk legends Waterson:Carthy are at The Priestley this month.
The first family of folk - Martin Carthy, Norma Waterson, Eliza Carthy and Tim van Eyken - are playing with Saul Rose and The Devil's Interval.
Norma and Martin have been inspirations for the English folk scene for more than 30 years. With their daughter, singer and fiddle player Eliza, as well as returning original member melodeon player Saul Rose, they are one of Britain's most successful and influential folk bands.
Norma was also the first folk artist to be nominated for a Mercury Music Prize when she famously nearly pipped Pulp to first place!
The Devil's Interval are well-known on the folk scene and have regular airplay on BBC Radio 2 and 3.
They have sung with Waterson: Carthy on their Frost & Fire tours for three years and collaborated with Waterson: Carthy on acclaimed album Holy Heathens and the Old Green Man.
