BINGLEY Music Live organiser, Bradford Council, has announced the second wave of acts to perform at the festival. Noel Gallagher had already been confirmed for the event, but a number of other well-known artists have now been confirmed.

First up is the addition of Liverpool alt-rock band Lightning Seeds to the main stage. The nineties favourites are well-known for their Three Lions hit.

Melanie C, who shot to fame in the Spice Girls, will join the main stage for the Saturday afternoon.

Following the release of their brand-new EP Untitled In D this year, Spector will also be bringing main stage action this summer. The London-based indie-rock outfit have been praised for their new abrasive sound but also are acclaimed for their debut album Enjoy It While It Lasts which came out in 2012.

If you’re looking for new and emerging artists, then the returning Discovery Stage is where you want to be with acts such as Macclesfield four-piece Spring King or Black Honey hoping to rock to the big time as headliners on the second stage. Other talents featuring on the Discovery Stage include The Night Cafe, Jordan Allen, Queen Zee, Bad Sounds, Touts, Wild Front, Nerina Pallot, and Sea Girls.
