The following planning applications have been lodged with Bradford Council:

Bowling: change of use from training centre to office (non A2) use, Unit 7 to 8 Mitre Court. Bowling: kinesthetic activity space, Lower Fields Primary School, Fenby Avenue.

Bradford Moor: change of use of vacant grocery unit to A5 hot- food takeaway, 1242 Leeds Road. Bradford Moor: change of use of vacant land opposite Battye Street to car sales with Portacabin, land opposite Battye Street. Bradford Moor: installation of external roller shutters, Woodhall Off Licence & Convenience Store, 2 Woodhall Terrace.

City centre: change of use of front part of building into shop and rear to be used as storage and first floor as offices, 103 City Road.

Keighley: change of use from C2 (residential care home) to D1 (non-residential college), 153-155 Skipton Road. Keighley: construction of an agricultural livestock/storage building, land at 402907 441938 Tarn Lane, Laycock. Keighley: construction of dormer extension to rear, 12 Mount Pleasant, Sandbeds.

Keighley: creation of a gabled roof from an existing hipped roof in order to accommodate a loft conversion, 19 Braithwaite Drive. Keighley: displaying of three outdoor advertisement boards, 1 Lawkholme Crescent. Keighley: two-storey side and first-floor rear extension, 166 Redcliffe Street.
