It was love at first sight when the current owners saw this impressive detached four bedroom property which was to be their home for the next 13 years.

“The house had great kerb appeal with lovely proportions and attractive frontage.

The house was built in 1998 by a small quality developer and the new owners liked the fact that it was a small exclusive development of executive style family homes.

“The family we purchased it from were the first occupants – a couple with three young children who all loved the house.

“They had landscaped the garden with a beautiful rockery which we have enjoyed and added to over the years.”
