“I love the conservatory because it has such a lovely, homely atmosphere and it is so peaceful. A lovely place to sit and watch the local wildlife who come to visit, including rabbits, moles and foxes.”

As well as the bedrooms, all the rooms on the ground floor, apart from the utility and conservatory are fitted with wood laminate flooring.

“It’s been a great family home. The laminate floors make it easy to keep clean, which is a real bonus with young children, and all the rooms are a really good size, so it never feels cluttered.”

“It’s peaceful and quiet here with some lovely walks and woods nearby. You can walk into Bingley in about 15 minutes, and there are good local schools, with Wilsden Primary just at the bottom of where we live.
