SIR - I have noticed recently a certain letter writer seems to be setting new standards. One of his published letters contained a sentence of 10 lines which first attracted my attention. This was then followed up a couple of days later by the same person with sentence 14 lines long! How are we supposed to follow that?

I will try by submitting the following word which is off the list of ingredients on baby’s shampoo bottle - Methylchloroisothiazolinone. I don’t know what this will do to baby’s hair but it might come in useful for anyone playing Scrabble.
