SIR - I note again more planning applications for apartments are being submitted for consideration at Baildon.
Whilst I think better use could be made of the site, at least with apartments once they are built that’s it and buyers cannot go around adding bits on the side or the rear to make the building look a mess.
I have been told about a house that has received permission to build a large side and rear extension, building in one instance right on the boundary line. This is a blatant disregard of current council recommendations.
May I ask when will Bradford councillors get it right and stop making a mess of everything that passes through their hands?
