READER LETTER: Parking rules would put some in tight spot
SIR – It seems that here in the UK we should adopt the Japanese system of parking (G Hitchcock, T&A letters, March 17), whereby before you buy a vehicle you have to prove that you have an allocated space to park it off the road.
How some families here with three and four vehicles between them would manage, I cannot imagine.
