We only launched it earlier this week but already we've been bowled over by the talent on show in our new T&A Camera Club.

The club's Facebook group has already amassed almost 300 members, many of whom who have already been sharing some seriously impressive snaps - you can see 10 of them in the gallery above.

Telegraph & Argus photographic manager Mike Simmonds is part of the team overseeing the Camera Club, giving feedback on members' work and setting regular photography challenges.

Mike said: "We knew the people of Bradford were creative but we never expected the standard of images which arrived during the first week!  Some of them were truly stunning, others so highly imaginative I had to spend a while working out how they’d done it. I hope we can maintain that standard - it’s a lot to live up to.

"Even after almost 20 years doing it, I’m still a photo nerd. I love the methods and techniques, the meanings and the visions the medium offers. I hope you all don’t mind if I pop up now and then and ask you how you did something because the ‘how’ still fascinates me when it comes to photography.  I can’t wait to see what the Easter weekend brings."

The group is for everyone from seasoned amateurs to budding new photographers, whether you've got all the latest kit or just an eye for taking a fantastic picture on your smartphone.

We know we have some talented amateur photographers among our readers, and with so much to photograph across the district - from beautiful countryside to colourful city events - we'd love to see what Bradford looks like through your lens.

We'd love to see your pictures capturing life in Bradford and anything eye-catching you might see while out and about in the district - and indeed further afield. It doesn't really matter what your photos are of -the group is all about getting feedback from like-minded people who share your hobby.
