An Introduction To Neighbourhood Planning Powers
Would you like your neighbourhood, village or estate to have a greater say over local planning applications? Do you want to protect green spaces or historic buildings? And do you want to have a greater say over the future character and type of development in your local area?
Delivered by Neighbourhood Ventures, this free training explores the powers and influence over the planning system now available to grass-roots communities. We will look at what power is potentially devolved to neighbourhoods under the Localism Act and the steps residents need to take if they wish to proceed with this.
IMPORTANT! We need to know numbers to organise the correct amount of refreshments and for organising room layouts. Please therefore book on your chosen session by either sending an email to or telephone 07881 785636.
