AN event for aspiring teachers to ask questions about school careers will be held in Bradford.
The Train to Teach roadshow visits The Bradford Hotel on Tuesday, from 4.30pm to 8pm.
It is part of the annual Get Into Teaching campaign, aimed at encouraging more graduates with the passion and potential to teach.
The roadshow will discuss starting salaries and employment prospects, as well as the financial support available
Roger Pope, Chair of the National College for Teaching and Leadership, said: “Good teachers are in demand and the career provides excellent employment prospects with the opportunity to progress quickly.
"The Train to Teach roadshow in Bradford isn’t only for graduates – every year, we see people from other sectors switching to teaching, bringing a wealth of experience to help inspire the next generation."
