THE UK’s first integrated master’s qualification in physiotherapy will begin at the University of Bradford in September.
The four-year integrated Masters in Physiotherapy will specialise in Sport and Exercise Medicine, and has been designed for students wishing to develop more advanced knowledge and skills, relevant to sport and exercise medicine, in addition to the wider scope of physiotherapy.
Lecturer and programme lead for MPhysiotherapy Claire Graham, said the course had been designed to enhance graduate employability adding: “This degree will open the door to a range of additional career opportunities as a physiotherapist in the sport, exercise and health and wellbeing sectors.”
